WILLIAM BOWE
Owner & President
William Bowe is the driving force behind CG Motorsport, bringing his expertise as a certified BMW technician and a passion for automotive excellence to the forefront of the business. He began his career at just 19, quickly mastering the technical and customer service aspects of the industry.
A lifelong BMW enthusiast, William takes pride in his work, with his personal favorite being the M5 CS, a standout in his car collection. When he’s not at the shop, you can find him either fine-tuning his cars or enjoying quality time on the farm with his son.
JACKSON CAMPBELL

Jackson Campbell officially began his automotive career in 2015, but he’s been a lifelong gearhead with a deep love for all things German-made, especially his prized E36 M3. His passion for cars runs deep, and whether he’s fine-tuning vehicles at work or cleaning his own collection, his dedication shines through. Outside the garage, Jackson enjoys fishing and flying his airplane, balancing his love for mechanics with outdoor adventure. His expertise and enthusiasm make him an integral part of our team.

Rudy came to Canada in 1987 from Bern, Switzerland and worked at Vancouver Auto for one year until moving to Autowest BMW where he worked for a total of eight years. Rudy brings 44 years of experience into CG Motorsports, which includes 35 years of BMW experience, Alfa Romeo (independent) race team support, and Toyota (independent) race team support experience. With strong ties in Europe, Rudy can source just about any unique item.

Jerry found a interest in BMW after starting his apprenticeship at an all-makes shop in 2006. Whenever a BMW would come through the shop, Jerry would be working on it – they just made sense to him. In 2011 he completed his apprenticeship and was awarded his journeyman certificate. Jerry joined CG Motorsports in 2015 and with his passion for european cars and strong electronic and diagnostic skills he is a valuable asset to the team.

Hartley is our seasoned BMW Certified Master Technician, with over 30 years of expertise under his belt. His automotive journey began at Toyota, where he quickly honed his skills before advancing to BMW, where he spent over a decade in the dealership and became a Master Technician. Driven by a passion for customization, he founded his performance shop, crafting cars that earned recognition at SEMA and worldwide. As our go-to expert for anything high-performance and uniquely tailored, Hartley brings unparalleled craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence to every project he touches.

Brad is a BMW Certified Master Technician with over 20 years of experience working at the dealership level. Specializing in electric BMWs, he is also an ICAR-certified technician and a BC Certified Vehicle Inspector, making him a versatile and trusted expert in the field. Outside of work, Brad enjoys tuning his Nissan 370Z and spending his free time hunting. His deep knowledge of both traditional and electric vehicles, combined with his hands-on expertise, ensures top-tier service for every project he takes on.
